Transformation through connection

Where human connection leads.

Most organisations try to fix revenue by looking outward — at the market, the competition, the next feature. OLAS Connect works the other way. We transform how your sales leaders and teams think, decide and perform under pressure, because that is where a quarter is actually won. The method was built by a founder who carried enterprise quota for more than fifteen years and never missed a number, and who trains for it the way an endurance athlete trains for a race.

  • Built from 15+ years of enterprise quota
  • Human-first, measured before and after
  • Designed for one organisation at a time

The premise

Sales organisations look outward for the answer. It has been inside the whole time.

Our founder spent more than fifteen years inside global enterprise sales, and watched company after company try to repair revenue by looking outward — at customers, at competitors, at the macro climate — and by selling harder on features, products and technology. The teams that consistently won were doing something else: leading from the inside, with a human-first approach and a mindset built to hold under pressure. That is the work OLAS Connect does.

The shift

We move a sales organisation's attention from the outside in. Not another framework bolted onto the team, but a change in how leaders and sellers think, decide, recover and perform — the internal conditions that every external result depends on.

Why now

Artificial intelligence can generate the pitch, score the pipeline and draft the sequence. It cannot give a team conviction, trust, or the composure to hold a difficult quarter. As the mechanical layer of selling is automated, the human layer becomes the entire advantage — and it is trainable.

The method

The Nordic Connection is the authored method at the centre of every programme. It rebuilds three connections in order — to your customers, to each other, and to the environment you perform in — and it carries the founder's own athlete discipline into how sales teams are led.

What no tool can copy

The transformation is of vision and mindset: a team becoming who it was capable of being. That is human work, done by a person in the room, and it is the one thing a competitor cannot generate.

The evidence

Burnout, senior attrition and stalled decisions carry a cost your finance team already tracks.

The figures below are drawn from published research by Gartner, Forrester, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Each one is independently checkable, which is how every number on this page will remain.

  • 5–6%

of a buying group's time goes to any one supplier when several compete for a complex purchase

    Gartner, B2B Buying Journey research

  • 86%

of business purchases stall somewhere in the buying process

    Forrester, State of Business Buying

  • the first-year quit rate among sellers with a pessimistic explanatory style, alongside 37% lower sales over two years

    Seligman and Schulman, JPSP, 1986

  • +101%

higher cognitive-function scores for knowledge workers under improved indoor environmental conditions

Allen et al., Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health

Artificial intelligence is accelerating every one of these pressures while resolving none of them, because each is a human-system problem. That is the work OLAS Connect exists to do, and it is work your organisation can measure.

The programmes

Three flagship programmes, each built around one organisational challenge.

Every engagement is designed for a single organisation, priced as a fixed project, and delivered as a bounded episode with a beginning, an end, and a documented outcome. The programme names below describe the work; the full design is developed with you.

  1. 01

    The Long Run

    For enterprise sales organisations

Our flagship programme, built on the Human-Centric Sales Marathon — the founder's own method for leading sales teams the way elite endurance athletes are coached. It rebuilds how your teams earn trust, diagnose customer situations, generate pipeline and close, truthfully and without pressure, and trains the mindset that holds across a full year rather than collapsing at quarter-end. It carries more than fifteen years of enterprise quota, never once missed.

    Measures it addresses

Pipeline quality and coverage, win consistency, cycle length, seller retention and ramp.

    What your organisation keeps

A documented selling playbook built for your organisation, in use from the following Monday, with pre and post measurement.

  2. 02

    The Story Engagement

For organisations whose market cannot repeat their story

A brand storytelling and positioning programme for companies that intend to compete as ethical, human-focused businesses in the era of artificial intelligence. It rebuilds your public language until every sentence is one your delivery teams would defend to a customer's face, and gives your organisation a story precise enough to keep working in the eighty per cent of the buying process where you are absent from the room.

    Measures it addresses

Message consistency across teams, differentiation your buyers can restate, and the quality of inbound demand.

    What your organisation keeps

A documented voice, messaging architecture and story platform, owned by you and usable across every channel.

  3. 03

    The Reset

For teams closer to empty than anyone has said out loud

A burnout recovery and capacity restoration programme, delivered in the environments the research identifies as the most effective intervention available: sustained time in nature, away from the sealed rooms where depleted teams are expected to recover while continuing to perform. The programme restores capacity deliberately and measurably, and teaches the recovery disciplines that keep it restored.

    Measures it addresses

Retention of key people, absenteeism, measured capacity and engagement, and the quality of decisions made under load.

    What your organisation keeps

A measured before-and-after account of the team's state, and an operating rhythm designed to protect the recovery.

The environments

Programmes are delivered across five European regions, and the environment is chosen to serve the challenge rather than the other way around. The specific venues are part of each proposal, and several are never published.

  • The High North
  • The Iberian South
  • The Heart of Europe
  • The Eastern Frontier
  • The Atlantic Edge

The Human-Centric Sales Marathon

Elite athletes and top sales leaders run on the same wiring.

The founder is a long-distance runner, a triathlete and an obstacle-course racer, and carried enterprise quota across four regions without missing a number. The Human-Centric Sales Marathon is what came from holding both at once: the winning mindset of endurance sport, translated into how a sales organisation is led. The science underneath it is well established. What we do with it is the part reserved for the teams we work with.

On the course

The endurance state

The clarity distance athletes describe — fatigue receding, effort turning smooth, attention narrowing to the next step — is real physiology: endorphins and endocannabinoids that quiet pain, and dopamine that rewards the pursuit rather than only the finish.

In the quarter

The leadership flow state

The same state has a direct parallel in leadership, where action and awareness merge and complex decisions begin to feel effortless. A team that can find it holds its composure through the long, uncertain stretch of an enterprise cycle instead of breaking against it.

Principles the method draws on

Stress becomes stamina

A high-stakes pitch is read the way an athlete reads a start line — as physiological readiness rather than threat. The body's response is trained, not feared.

The discipline of the micro-milestone

No one runs a marathon by contemplating the whole distance. Ambition is held at the scale of the next honest step, which is also where momentum is actually built.

Resilience after a bad split

Elite runners study a poor performance without shame and adjust at once. A lost account becomes performance data, not a verdict on the person.

Recovery as a condition of winning

Athletes protect rest because burnout ends the season. A team is paced across the quarter so it is still standing when the result is decided.

How each of these becomes a trained capability inside your team — the practices, the sequence, the coaching — is the work itself, and it is built for one organisation at a time. This is the preview. The method is the engagement.

The founder

Fifteen years carrying quota. Never a missed number.

The method was not studied from the outside. It was lived, at quota, inside the companies that set the standard for enterprise selling — and shaped by a rare combination of disciplines.

Across more than fifteen years in global enterprise software, our founder led sales through good markets and hard ones, in four regions, and never once missed a quarter — leading with human values rather than pressure, and with the mindset of the endurance athlete she trains as outside of work.

What makes the approach rare is the combination behind it: an MBA in law and years of compliance leadership in regulated industries, alongside brand and marketing communication and a genuine endurance-sport discipline. Integrity, grit and empathy in one person. It lets her de-risk complex, high-stakes decisions the way a trusted advisor does — not a vendor — and hold a long, uncertain sales cycle to completion without losing composure or principle.

She saw the same pattern in organisation after organisation: teams trying to fix revenue by looking outward, selling harder on product and technology, while the real constraint sat inside — in leadership, in mindset, and in the intrinsic human connection that every uncertain market, including this one, tests first. OLAS Connect exists to work on that constraint.

In keeping with how OLAS works, the founder is introduced in the first conversation rather than named here. The concept, the track record and the measured outcome carry the engagement.

The organisational diagnostic

Answer six questions and receive our point of view on what your organisation is carrying.

The diagnostic takes about ninety seconds. It runs entirely in your browser, stores nothing, and sends nothing anywhere unless you choose to attach the result to an enquiry. It ends with a written point of view: our reading of your situation, the published evidence that bears on it, and the programme we would propose.

Question 1 of 6

The business case

The questions your finance department will ask, answered before they ask them.

Transformation budgets are approved by people who did not attend the diagnostic conversation. This section exists for them.

The method

Four steps from the first conversation to a documented outcome.

01

We listen. A thirty-minute conversation about the challenge your organisation is carrying. There is no pitch in it.

02

We design. A proposal built specifically for your organisation: the programme, the environment, the facilitators, and the measurement plan.

03

We deliver. The programme runs end to end as a bounded episode. Your only responsibility is to be present for it.

04

We measure. The pre and post assessment is completed, the outcomes are documented, and your organisation keeps the asset.

Programmes are led by our founder and delivered with a small network of senior practitioners who have held leadership roles inside global technology, pharmaceutical and industrial companies. Every programme is measured before and after, so what changes is documented for your board rather than described.
